Mango Sagoo

INGREDIENTS

– 55 g of Sagoo

– 20 cl of milk

– 20 cl of coconut milk

– 30 g of sugar

– 1 ripe mango

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation:

– Pour the two milks and the sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil

– Pour in the sagoo and cook for 10 to 5 minutes over low heat, stirring often. Check the manufacturer’s instructions for the cooking time of the sagoo (reserve)

– Let cool

– Chop the mango and set aside

– Put the sagoo and mango in a bowl and chill before serving
