INGREDIENTS

– 50g chocolate

– 250g water

– 125g flour

– 70g butter

– 1 tsp salt

– 50g sugar

– 4 eggs

– Honey 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Put the water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan on the stove, bring to a boil, remove from heat and add the flour. Mix well and start stirring the dough until it comes off the pan and forms a ball.
Step 2: let it cool and add the eggs gradually. Place the choux on a baking sheet and bake at 180°c for 20 mins and leave to cool.
Step 3:  Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add 10g of butter and a drizzle of honey.
Step 4: Cut the choux in half, insert some ice cream and pour the warm chocolate on top.
