INGREDIENTS

– 450g pasta
– 200g emmental cheese
– 200g mimolette cheese
– 70g flour
– 70g butter
– 150g cream
– 700g milk
– Salt
– Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Make a roux with butter and flour.
Step 2: Add the milk and cream to the béchamel sauce.
Step 3: Add the cheese and melt.
Step 4: Add pasta, mix, adjust seasoning and bake at 180°c for 10°c.

Chef´s special touch:

Remplacer la mimolette et l’emmental par le fromage de votre choix pour plus de gout et ajouter de la muscade dans votre béchamel.
