INGREDIENTS

– 1 Pizza dough
– 200g Cottage cheese
– 50g fresh cream
– 200g chopped onions
– 150g Smoked salmon
– 10g Pepper
– 10g dill

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Cut the salmon into strips.
Step 2: Mix the cottage cheese, cream, pepper, and dill.
Step 3: Spread the dough on a baking sheet. Spread the cream mixture on top, spread the onions and the salmon strips.
Step 4: Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes.
