INGREDIENTS

– 1 L milk
– 20g basil seeds (Toukmaria)
– 10g agar-agar
– 500ml water
– 2 sticks vanilla
– 5g vanilla essence

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Put the agar-agar to soak in cold water then put them in 500ml of water in a saucepan and boil for a few minutes. When the jelly block forms, grate it finely.
Step 2: Soak the basil seeds in water to make them swell.
Step 3: Mix the vanilla essence with the agar-agar jelly.
Step 4: Put the agar-agar jelly in the bottom of the glass, then miss a vanilla pod, put some basil seeds and cover with milk.
Step 5: Mix well and serve chilled.
