Andalusian Gaspacho and Smoked Marlin

INGREDIENTS

– 4 slices of smoked marlin 

– 500g tomatoes 

– 200g of peppers

– 1 lemon

– 65g chicken stock 

– 1 cucumber 

– 60g Onion 

– 15g Garlic 

– 65g Olive oil

– Salt 

– Pepper 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Blend the tomato, pepper, cucumber, garlic, onion, and olive oil.

Step 2: Add the chicken stock and the lemon juice.

Step 3: Set aside in a cool place.

Step 4: Place the thin slices of smoked marlin on the gazpacho.

The Chef’s special touch: 

Add chili powder to the gazpacho to enhance the taste.
