Brioche Bread for Burger

INGREDIENTS

– 7g dry baker’s yeast
– 50ml water
– 80ml milk
– 300g flour
– 1 egg
– 45g sugar
– 100g softened butter
– 5g salt
– 10g sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 Dissolve the yeast in the water and warm milk and let stand for a few minutes.
Step 2: Pour into the bowl of a food processor and add all ingredients except the salt. Blend for another two minutes, add salt, and continue blending for two more minutes. Increase the speed of the processor and blend until the dough. becomes soft and elastic.
Step 3: Make a ball, put it in a bowl, and let it rise for 2 hours.
Step 4: Shape the dough by dividing it into 7 equal portions, roll each one out with the palm of your hand, then bring each edge toward the center, repeating several times.
Step 5: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with a tea towel, and let rise for at least 1 hour.
Step 6: Brush the dough balls with beaten egg, sprinkle with a few sesame seeds, and bake at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
