Chicken Skewers with Homemade Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS

– 100g milk
– 5g onion powder
– 5g garlic paste
– 500g chicken 
– 50g ketchup
– 25g water
– 5g paprika
– 5g coriander powder
– 15g tomato concentrate
– 15g honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Mix milk, garlic paste, onion powder, and chicken and let marinate for at least 12 hours.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add the ketchup, water, paprika, coriander powder, tomato paste, and honey, and let it cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
Step 3: Drain the chicken and keep the marinade.
Step 4: Prick the chicken and generously coat it with homemade barbecue sauce.
Step 5: Cook at 180°c for about 10 minutes.
