INGREDIENTS

– 150g dark chocolate
– 4 egg yolks
– 4 egg whites
– 30g white sugar
– 50g butter 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie, and add the egg yolks.
Step 2: Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding the sugar little by little.
Step 3: Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.
Step 4: Let the mixture rest in a cool place for at least 1 hour.
