Halloween Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

– 260g sugar
– 250g eggs
– 260g flour
– 5g yeast
– 300g softened butter 
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 300g sugar paste or almond paste
– cornstarch
– 5 squares of dark chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation:

Step 1: Mix the sugar and butter until the mixture is creamy.
Step 2: Add vanilla and eggs, mix well.
Step 3:Mix the flour with the yeast and add to the preparation little by little.
Step 4: Fill the cake moulds up to 2/3.
Step 5: Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C.

Decorating the cupcakes:


Step 6: Sprinkle your work surface with cornstarch and spread the almond or sugar paste.
Step 7:Cut circles of 15cm and place them on the cupcake, and form the ghost’s head.
Step 8:Make the eyes with melted chocolate or grapes
