INGREDIENTS

– 150g sugar
– 200g flour
– 0.5 g vanilla essence
– 2g of baking powder
– 100g of butter
– 50g of milk
– 3 eggs

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Mix the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white, add the vanilla essence, 40g of milk, the flour, and the baking powder.
Step 2: Then add the melted butter and the rest of the milk. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Pour the preparation in well-buttered molds beforehand and put them in the oven at 200°C for about 15 min. 4- 4- Turn out of the oven.
The chef’s special touch:
Don’t forget to take into consideration that the madeleine will take on volume when baked, so don’t fill the mold completely.
