INGREDIENTS

– 250g flour
– 190g margarine
– 250g icing sugar
– 50g water
– Red coloring
– Guava jam

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Mix the flour and margarine, spread on a baking sheet, and cut out the heart-shaped napolitains with a cookie cutter.
Step 2: Bake the napolitains at 160°c for about 25 minutes.
Step 3: Mix the icing sugar, water and coloring until a thick paste is obtained and heat on the stove to 35°c.
Step 4: Put the jam between two slices of biscuit and ice the napolitains.

The Chef’s special touch:

You can make your own jam, just use 1kg of white sugar for 1kg of fruit.
