INGREDIENTS

– 6 pears
– ½ lemon
– 100g of dark chocolate
– 150g of flour
– 100g of sugar
– 80g of semi-salted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a baking pan.
Step 2: Mix the pears with the lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing, pour in the cut pieces, and cover with chocolate.
Step 3: Mix the flour, sugar, and butter, crushing the butter to form a grainy paste.
Step 4: Sprinkle pears and chocolate on top and bake for 35-40 minutes.
