INGREDIENTS

– 2 eggs
– 400g cooked rice
– 100g peeled shrimps
– 2 slices of white ham
– 100g Chinese sausage (optional)
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 3 Onion tails
– 3 sprigs of coriander
– Pepper
– Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

PREPARATION OF THE SYRUP
Step 1: Cut the ham into strips (reserve)
Step 2: Beat the eggs into omelets, add salt and pepper and cook over low heat, then cut into strips (reserve)
Step 3: Heat a spoonful of oil and fry the shrimps for one minute
Step 4: Add the rice and mix well
Step 5: Add the sausages
Step 6: Add the ham and omelette 
Step 7: Add soy sauce and mix again
Step 8: Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper
Step 9: Turn off the heat and add the onion tails and coriander
