Grilled Fish in Thai Sauce

INGREDIENTS

– 2 Whole fish
– 2 Onions
– 15g olive oil
– 60g red curry powder
– 45g lime juice
– 30g brown sugar
– 100g coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Fry the onion in oil, then add the curry powder, lemon juice, brown sugar, and coconut milk and obtain a nice consistency.
Step 2: Heat the barbecue
Step 3: Cut strips on the fish and grill them on the barbecue.
Step 4: Generously coat the fish with Thai red curry sauce.

The Chef´s special touch: 

Serve with a bowl of Basmati rice and kimchi (Kimchi is cabbage pickled with chili pepper).
