INGREDIENTS

– 500 g butternut
– 30 g coriander
– 20 g ginger
– 800 g coconut water
– 200 g coconut milk
– ½ lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Peel and chop the butternut.
Step 2: Roast for 30 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
Step 3: Mix the butternut, coriander, ginger, lemon juice, coconut milk and coconut water.
Serve in a glass.
