The French Toast

INGREDIENTS

– 4 thick slices of bread
– 3 eggs
– 80g sugar
– 200g milk
– 2 bananas
– 30g powdered sugar
– 30g honey
– 10g butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Whisk together the milk, sugar and eggs.
Step 2: Soak the slices of bread.
Step 3: Bake the bread slices on both sides with the butter for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Cut the banana into thin slices.
Step 5: Place a few slices of banana on the bread slices, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The Chef’s special touch:
French toast allows you to recycle slices of old bread. Don’t hesitate to use them!
