This is a festive spin on a retro 70s drink that makes an ideal dessert cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

100ml scotch whisky 

50ml amaretto 

100ml double cream 

A couple of pinches ground nutmeg 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put ice into a cocktail shaker, followed by the scotch, amaretto and cream. Shake well and strain into chilled martini or coupe glasses. Finish by sprinkling over a little nutmeg before serving.
